This study investigated the efficacy of the elastography strain ratio (ESR) as a predictor of prostate cancer (PCa) in targeted prostate biopsy. In total, 257 patients who underwent magnetic resonance imaging-targeted biopsy were enrolled. Before biopsy, we placed regions of interest (zone A and B) in the lesion and levator ani.
