본 연구는 서울시를 대상으로 건축물 연면적 비율을 이용하여 토지이용 용도 특성이 어떻게 분포하고 있으며, 개발밀도와는 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는지 분석하여 토지이용의 용도 관리가 필요함을 제기하였다. 건축물 연면적 비율을 이용한 군집분석결과 서울시는 연립주택 등을 위주로 한 저층공동주택지역과 아파트 위주의 고층공동주택지역의 특성을 나타내는 지역이 대부분이며, 업무지역이나 공업지역 등은 극히 일부 지역에 집중되어 있었다. 이 중 도심일대의 업무지역은 강남지역의 업무지역과는 달리 주거면적과 상주인구가 부족하여 도심공동화를 초래할 우려가 있어 용도에 대한 관리가 필요함이 나타났다. 뉴타운 사업 등 재개발·재건축으로 인해 서울의 고밀화는 서울시 전역으로 확대될 것으로 예상되어 지역특성을 고려한 개발이 필요함을 제기하였으며, 업무용도가 분포하며 도로여건이 비교적 양호한 공장지역은 주거환경을 개선하여 직주근접을 유도할 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다.

디지털 융합이 빠른 속도로 진전되고 있는 가운데 VoIP, IPTV 등 IP를 기반으로 하는 융합 서비스가 확대될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 그 중 IPTV는 양방향 서비스와 서비스 확장성을 통해 수동적 입장에 머물러 있던 이용자에게 다양한 경험과 더 큰 선택권을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. SAPS와 관련된 문제점을 개선하고 자연정화처리시설의 처리효율을 높일 수 있는 유기물원을 개발하기 위해 다양한 유기물에 대한 batch test를 통해 적절한 유기물을 선정하고 이를 이용하여 갱내황산염환원시설 모형실험을 수행하였다. batch test 실험 결과, 버섯퇴비와 하수슬러지 혼합 반응조와 버섯퇴비와 참나무퇴비 혼합 반응조가 pH, ORP, COD 및 황산염, 철, 알루미늄 제거율의 6 가지 항목 모두에서 안정적인 효율을 보였다. 이들 반응조의 유출수는 계속적으로 6 정도의 안정적인 pH를 보였으며, ORP 역시 -200mV 이하로서 환원환경이 잘 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들 반응조에서의 초기 COD 배출량은 버섯퇴비 반응조보다 약 35% 가량 줄었고, 황산염제거율도 50% 내외로 높았으며 철과 알루미늄의 제거율도 각각 93%, 98% 이상을 나타냈다. 갱내황산염환원시설 모형실험 결과, 버섯퇴비와 하수슬러지 혼합 시스템과 버섯퇴비와 참나무퇴비 혼합 시스템은 유출수에

코로나 19로 인해 오프라인에서 온라인으로 다양한 산업이 이동하면서 오프라인 활동이 감소하고 온라인 채널 활동이 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 변화는 스포츠 산업에서도 볼 수 있다. 그러나, 프로야구는 오프라인을 중심으로 수익을 창출해오고 있으며 코로나 19로 인한 규제가 완화됨에 따라 각 구단은 온라인 경기 시청자를 오프라인으로 전환하려는 전략을 모색해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 오프라인 경기장 관람객과 온라인 경기를 시청자의 경험 데이터를 수집하고 이를 분석하여 프로야구에서 O2O 전략을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 사용된 설문 조사 기법이 아닌 텍스트 마이닝을 기법 중 빈도분석, TF-IDF, BERTopic을 통해 데이터를 분석였으며, 이를 바탕으로 오프라인 경기 관람객과 온라인 경기 시청자의 경험 차이 속성을 파악하고 이를 비교하였다. 연구 결과로 오프라인 경기 관람객과 온라인 경기 시청자의 경험 속성에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 O2O

본 연구는 국가R&D분야의 감사가 관료제의 책무성을 확보하고 관료병리적 행태를 방지하려는 목적을 가지고 시행되고 있으나, 오히려 감사 조치로 인한 결과가 관료제 역기능으로 대표되는 소극적인 행태로 발현됨을 입증하려고 하였다. 이를 위해 R&D분야에서 감사가 초래하는 소극행정에 대하여 조작적 정의를 하고 관료제의 역기능과 소극행정의 특성을 분석하여 공통 현상에 대한 분석적 개념을 제시한 후 관련 사례를 탐색하였다. 또한, 과학기술정보통신부 및 관련 기관에 대한 국가R&D감사 중 국정감사, 감사원 감사, 과학기술정보통신부 부처감사 결과들을 간추려서 확인하였다. 그 결과 감사는 관료들의 성실하고 적극적인 근무자세를 조성하는 데에 핵심적인 역할을 할 것이라는 기대와 달리 일선 정책수립･집행현장에서 관료들의 묵종적 행동, 방어적 행동, 무행동 등 자기제어적 소극행동을 야기하는 것을 상당수 확인하였다. 본 연구는 국가R&D분야에서의 소극행정으로 설명이 가능한 행태가 몇몇의 분석적 개념의 기준으

본 연구는 한국의 현행 규제영향분석과정이 기술규제의 중요한 특성들을 반영하는가를 확인하기 위해 기술규제영향평가 차원에서 규제영향분석의 적절성을 검토하고자하였다. 기술규제에 대한 분석 틀을 도출하고 이를 이용하여 정부부처가 제출한 규제영향분석서의 적절성에 대한 분석⋅평가를 수행하였다. 분석결과, [규제의 기술적 타당성], [국내 기술규범 부합성], [국제 기술규범 부합성], [적합성평가의 타당성]의 관점에서 각 부처가 현행규제영향분석서에 기재한 사항을 객관적 사실, 대체분석 가능, 전문가적 판단가능 등을 고려하여 “적절”하다고 판단된 경우는 23.4%에 불과하였고, 각 부처별로도 특별한 차별성은 없었다. 규제 속성에 따른 규제영향분석서의 적절성을 검토해 본 결과, 사회적 규제와 간접적 규제들의 속성을 갖고 있는 기술규제에 대한 규제영향분석서의 적절성이 다소 높았다. 종합하면 실질적 의미의 기술규제영향평가를 수행하기에 현재 우리나라 규제영향분석서 수준은 상당히 미흡한 편으로 나타났다.
