Objective: The aim of this study is to introduce a methodology to assess driver's emotion stability by using bio-signals. Background: Psychophysiological analysis of driver's behavior has been conducted to improve the driving safety and comfort. However, the variability of bio-signal and individual difference made it difficult to assess the psychophysiological status of drivers that can be expressed as emotional stability of drivers. 본 연구는 피부전도도(Galvanic skin resistance), 심혈관 반응(Peripheral Plethysmograph), 피부온도(skin temperature)와 심박수(heart rate)와 같은 다양한 생리신호를 측정하여 운전자의 심리반응을 통하여 적정 운전상태를 분석하고자 하였다. 운전자의 심리반응을 측정 및 분석하기 위하여 하드웨어와 알고리듬을 개발하였으며, 자동차 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 다양한 가상 운전상황을 설정하고 생리신호를 측정하였다. 측정 결과 운전자 생리신호가 운전환경의 변화에 따른 심리적 긴장 또는 이완 수준을 잘 반영하고 있고 감정적 변화에도 일부 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 심리적 순위척도를 이용하여 정량화하여 심리적 적정 운전범위를 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 추후 운전자의 안전운전이나 건강상태를 모니터링 하기 위한 시스템 개발의 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 세월호사고와 관련하여 항공과 해상교통 관제센터의 중요성이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 항공, 해양 분야에서는 이미 모니터링과 관제 기술을 사용하고 있다, 하지만 복잡하고 위험한 건설현장 운영을 위한 모니터링과 관제 시스템은 아직 쓰이지 않고 있다. 모니터링/관제시스템의 역할은 건설현장에서 건설장비와 관제센터 간의 효율적인 의사소통을 요구하며, 정확한 시공과 건설현장에서의 위험요소 파악을 위한 방안을 제시해주는 역할을 필요로 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설장비 관제시스템의 개발을 위해 관제 시스템을 활용하고 있는 항공, 해양관제센터와의 비교를 통해 조종자와 관제센터간의 의사소통에 관하여 연구하고자 한다.

에너지 사용 요금은 가계의 고정적인 지출 항목 중 하나로써, 특히 날씨로 인해 에너지 사용이 급증하는 시기에는 높은 누진율이 적용되어 가계 부담을 키우고 있다. 이에 소비자는 합리적인 에너지 사용을 필요로 하는데, 이를 위해서는 소비자가 고지될 에너지 사용 요금을 사전에 예측하고, 그에 따라 에너지 사용을 조절할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문은 딥러닝 기반의 모델을 이용하여 에너지 요금 예측에 큰 영향을 미치는 날씨를 고려한 개별 가구의 월 에너지 사용 요금 예측 방법을 제안하였다. 날씨 정보로는 실험적으로 유의미한 성능 향상을 보인 최저기온, 최고기온, 강수확률, 강수량, 습도, 풍속, 적설량, 전운량이 사용되었으며, 대표적인 딥러닝 기반의 세 가지 모델들(Multilayer Perceptron, Convolution Neural Network, Long-Short Term Memory)을 주어진 문제에 맞게 설계 및 구현하여 Long-Short Term Memory 기반의 모
