우리나라의 노인 대상으로 식생활지침 실천도 점수에따른 치매 유병률의 차이를 분석한 결과, 치매 노인군이 정상노인군에 비해 나이가 유의하게 많았고, 성, 체격, 그리고, 식사속도, 식사를 거르는 횟수, 편식 등 식생활 특성에는 정상 노인군과 유의한 차이가 없었다. 식생활지침 세부 실천지침 중에서 다양한 식품군 섭취, 규칙적이고 안전한 식사, 음주, 가벼운 운동부분에서 치매노인군의 실천도가 정상노인군에 비해 낮았고, 그 외의 문항에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 식생활지침 실천도 점수가 높을수록 치매 유병률이 낮은 경향을 보였다. 요약하면 어르신을 위한 식생활지침의 실천도가 높을수록 알츠하이머형 치매의 위험이 감소하므로, “어르신을 위한 식생활지침 (보건복지부, 2011)” 실천도를 높이는 것이알츠하이머형 치매 예방에 도움이 될 수 있으며, 향후 알츠하이머형 치매 예방을 위한 식생활 지침의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구에서는 추출방법에 따른 인삼씨유(ginseng seed oil)의 이화학적 품질특성과 저장 중 산화안정성을 살펴보았다. 인삼씨유를 용매추출, 초임계유체추출, 압착추출 방법으로 추출한 결과 초임계추출 한 인삼씨유의 수율이 가장 높았다. 인삼씨유의 L값은 8.70~11.38의 범위였고, a값은 초임계유체추출 오일 처리구에서, b값은 압착추출 오일에서 유의적으로 크게 나타났다. 지방산 조성은 불포화지방산이 대부분을 차지했으며, oleic acid(C18:1)의 함량이 80.13~ 81.16%로 가장 많았고 linoleic acid(C18:2)는 14.98~ 15.69%를 차지했다. 인삼씨유의 포화지방산으로는 유일하게 palmitic acid(16:0)만 검출되었다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은압착추출 오일이 56.32±1.47 mg GAE/100 g oil로 가장높게 나타났다. 인삼씨유에서는 γ-토코페롤만 검출되었으며, 압착추출 오일의 γ-토코페롤 함량이 5.95±0.25 mg/ 100 g

자살 생각을 초기에 발견하는 것은 자살을 예방하는 데 중요하다. 본 연구는 의료 현장에서 사용될 수 있는 간단한 스크리닝 도구를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 자살위험 스크리닝 도구는 의사들이 빠르고 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 미국 알래스카 Norton Sound region의 Screening for Depression and Thoughts of Suicide라는 도구로부터 2개의 항목으로 구성된 스크리닝 도구를 만들었다. 이 도구는 개인식별번호를 제외하는 등 한국의 실정에 맞게 양식이 수정되었으며 한국형 자살위험 스크리닝 도구로 이름 붙였다. 이 도구의 신뢰성과 적용가능성은 7명의 의사들을 통해 검토되었다. 이 도구의 타당성은 4개의 의료기관에서 325명의 환자들을 조사하여 현재의 정신건강 상태를 외부 기준으로 하여 확인하였다. 이와 같은 2개 문항으로 구성된 자살위험 스크리닝 도구는 정신과 의사 및 기타 의사들에 의해 환자의 자살경향을 발견하는데 사용될 수 있을 것

As the limitation of the existing convergence is pointed out, technology-humanities convergence which highlights the enhancement of the quality of life of humans, is focused as a solution to facilitate sustainable technological innovation. Technology-humanities convergence has already occurred in various industries, of which a considerable number of successful cases can be noted. 본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정을 시행한 유아특수교사의 경험을 통해 현장에서 나타나는 변화와 운영 실제를 살펴보고, 유아특수교육현장에서 개정 누리과정을 운영하는 과정에서 요구되는 지원 방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 유아특수교육현장에서 근무하는 유아특수교사12명을 대상으로 초점집단면담(focus group interview)을 실시하였다. 면담을 통해 수집된 자료는 질적내용분석을 통해 3개의 주제와 하위범주 9개로 분석되었다. 연구 결과에 따른 핵심 주제는 1) 개정누리과정 적용에 따른 변화와 경험, 2) 개정 누리과정에서 개별화교육계획 운영의 실제, 3) 개정 누리과정 운영을 위한 지원으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 유아특수교육현장을 위한 개정 누리과정운영지원 방안을 논의하였다.

In the present research we investigated whether age factor may play an important role in differentiating read and spontaneous speech in Seoul Korean. ‘좌사(佐史)’는 사료상 ‘좌’(佐)·‘사’(史) 혹은 ‘좌사’로 병칭되어 표기된 경우도존재한다. 이런 이유로 종래 연구자들 역시 ‘좌사(佐史)’인지, ‘좌’·‘사’인지 명확하게 구분·구별하지 않고 혼용해서 사용하였다. 우선 본고에서는 ‘좌사’는 관질 체계에서 최하층의 ‘좌’·‘사’를 포함한 동일한 질록(秩祿)을 받는 ‘하급 관리군’을 총칭할 때 사용된 용어임을 확인하였다. 즉, ‘좌사’는 별도로 존재한 것이 아니며, ‘좌·사’로 구분·구별해야한다는 것이 필자의 기본 입장이다. ‘좌’·‘사’는 현리(縣吏) 중 최말단에 배치된 질(秩) 이 같으며, 직무에서도 상호 유사한 사례들이 곳곳에서 확인된다. 하지만 첫째, ‘좌’의 자격 조건은 법률상 성인을 뜻하는 ‘장’(壯)일 뿐이지만, ‘사’의 자격 조건은 사자(史子)의신분으로서 일정한 학습 기간을 거친 이후 시험의 합격이 전제되어야 한다. ‘좌’의 직무는 ‘좌’자의 의미대로 상급관인 색부의 보좌인 반면, ‘사’의 직무는 ‘사’자의 의미처럼

최근 IPTV가 등장하면서 기존의 방송 시스템과의 경쟁에서 얼마나 많은 IPTV의 수용이 발생할지를 예측하는 것이 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 하지만, IPTV와 같은 서비스의 수용을 예측하기 위한 종전의 방법들은 데이터의 정량적, 정성적 측면과 예측의 결과물 측면에서 몇 가지 한계점이 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Classification and Ranking Belief Simplex(CaRBS)를 활용한 IPTV의 수용 예측 모형을 제시하고자 한다. CaRBS는 Dempster-Shafer의 이론에 근거하고 있으며, 판단의 모호함까지 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
