중소기업은 상대적으로 작은 규모와 제한된 자원으로 인해 혁신의 효율성과 효과성을 높이기 위해 개방형 혁신에 참 여한다. 기존 연구들은 중소기업이 수행하는 다양한 유형의 개방형 혁신활동의 성과효과를 연구하였으나, 특히 결합형 개방형 혁신활동의 성과효과에 대한 결과가 혼재한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업의 결합형 개방형 혁신협력활동을 ‘R&D 협력활동’과 ‘R&D 이외의 협력활동’으로 세분화하여, 각 활동이 기업의 혁신성과와 재무성과에 미치는 효과를 Heckman의 2단계 모형을 적용하여 검정하였다. 분석 데이터로는 과학기술정책연구원(STEPI) 주관의 국가승인통계인 ‘2020년 한국기업혁신조사: 제조업 부문’ 자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과 중소기업의 R&D 협력활동은 시장최초 상품혁신 성과에만 유의미한 정(+)의 효과가 있고, R&D 이외의 협력활동은 상품혁신, 비즈니스프로세스혁신, 시장최초 상품혁신, 자사최초 상품혁신 모두에 유의미한 정(+)의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지

Acute suppurative thyroiditis (AST) is a rare condition, as the thyroid gland is relatively resistant to infection. Thyroid function tests are usually normal in AST. A few cases of AST associated with thyrotoxicosis have been reported in adults. We report a case of AST that was associated with thyrotoxicosis in a 70-year-old woman. We diagnosed AST with thyroid ultrasonography and fine needle aspiration of pus. The patient improved after surgical intervention and had no anatomical abnormality. F

최근 고금리, 경기둔화로 인한 벤처투자 위축이 전 세계적으로 진행 중이며, 우리나라도 예외가 아니다. M&A와 상장시장의 침체, 경기 불확실성 증가, 기업 파산의 여파로 인한 투자심리 위축으로 벤처기업의 자금조달에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이렇게 바뀐 경제 환경에서 벤처캐피탈의 투자의사결정 요인도 많은 변화를 나타내고 있다. 하지만, 벤처캐피탈의 투자의사결정에 대한 연구는 일반적인 경제 환경에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구는 경제 후퇴와 호황에 따라 벤처캐피탈의 투자의사결정 요인이 어떻게 변화하는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 경제 불황과 호황을 모두 겪은 적극적인 벤처 투자자들을 인터뷰하여 벤처캐피탈의 투자의사결정 요인: 1)창업자의 개인적 특성, 2)창업자의 경험, 3) 제품/서비스, 4) 시장, 5) 재무상황, 6) 투자조건, 7) 벤처캐피탈 공동투자가 어떻게 변화하는지를 비교하여 연구하였다. 연구결과, 투자의사결정 요인인 창업자의 개인적 특성, 경험, 제품/서비스는 경제 불황기
