본 연구는 객실승무원의 직무 환경에 맞게 구성된 7가지 독립요인(팀 내 악습, 갈등 관계, 역할 갈등, 모호성, 과부하, 스케줄 유연성, 징계)들이 직장 생활의 질과 삶에 질에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 국내 대형 항공사에 재직 중인 객실승무원 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 배포된 설문지 중 236개의 자료를 수집하였다. 이 중 불성실한 응답 15개를 제외한 총 221 부의 유효 표본을 확보하여 SPSS Statistics 23.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 통해 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 관계적 요인에서 팀 내 관계 갈등이 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 업무적 요인에서는 역할 모호성이 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 제도적요인에서는 스케줄 유연성과 징계, 두 가지 모두 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 직장 생활의 질이 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본
