15BACKGROUND/AIM: The mechanisms underlying capsular contracture remain unclear. Emerging evidence supports the inflammation hypothesis, according to which bacteria from an adherent biofilm cause chronic inflammation and collagen deposition on the implant and trigger capsular contracture. 논문은 시장과 기술의 급속한 변화에 직면한 한국 대기업의 R&D 공간의 변화 과정과 메커니즘을 학습과 적응의 맥락에서 고찰한 것이다. 사례연구는 한국의 대표적인 전자업체인 LG전자를 대상으로 한 심층적 인터뷰 결과와 문헌조사를 토대로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 대기업 조직의 R&D 공간의 변화는 조직의 공간 형태, 지식과 학습의 공간적 및 조직적 원천, 관계적 근접성에 기초한 학습의 역할 등과도 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있음을 밝힌다. 사례기업의 최근 국내 R&D 공간의 변화는 구상과 실행의 공간적 통합보다는 핵심 연구개발 기능들의 서울중심 집적 강화 경향이 점진적으로 나타나고 있다. 그러나, 본 논문에서는 이러한 R&D 공간의 변화가 학습과 혁신의 선형적 모델로의 회귀를 의미한다고 보기 보다는, 조직적 근접성과 상호작용적 학습 양식을 통해 공간적으로 분산된 조직 역량 및 학습 능력을 유지강화하고자 하는 기업의 전략적 노력과 조직적 프로세스를 반영하고 있다는 점을 강조한다.

Objectives: This study was conducted in order to assess the efficacy of 1st generation cephalosporin as use as a single-dose preoperative prophylactic antibiotic for surgical wound infections resulting from intra-oral bone grafting procedures. Three species belonging to genera Acaphylla Keifer and Calacarus Keifer (Prostigmata: Eriophyidae) that cause damage to Camellia (Theaceae) plants, have been newly recorded in Korea. The three species, Acaphylla theae (Watt), Acaphylla theavagrans Kadono, and Calacarus carinatus (Green), have been redescribed and illustrated.
