본 연구는 직업교육현장에서 실업자 및 구직자에게 새로운 삶과 희망을 불어넣는 직업상담사들의 업무환경의 점검차원에서 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 무형식학습의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 전국의 94개 고용센터에 근무하고 있는 직업상담사 45명을 대상으로 예비조사와 실제 357명을 대상으로 업무환경이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 무형식학습의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 또한 많은 연구에서 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 개인특성변인을 통제하고자 성별, 나이, 근속년수, 직렬, 주업무 등을 통제변인으로 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 23.0과 Macro Process를 사용하였으며, 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증과 아울러 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 매개효과검증은 Baron, Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개효과분석뿐만 아니라 부트스트래핑 분석과 Sobel test를 통해 추가 검증하였다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 밝혀진 연구결과와 시사점은 다음과 같다. 우선 직업상담사의 업무환경은 조

최근 항균 성능이 뛰어나면서도 인체에 유해하지 않은 나노 사이즈 은 입자를 이용한 항균 제품 개발 및 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있음에 따라, 나노 사이즈의 은 입자를 보다 쉬운 방법으로 균일하게 제조하고, 그 특성을 평가하는데 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다.본 연구에서는 은 이온의 광환원을 통해 나노 은 입자를 15～20 nm 크기로 균일하게 제조한 뒤, 나노 은 입자의 농도, pH, 온도가 변화함에 따른 항균 특성을 살펴보고 이를 정량적으로 평가, 은 이온의 항균 특성과 비교하였다. 또한 주사 전자 현미경과 투과 전자 현미경을 통하여 나노 은 입자의 미생물 불활성화 특성을 은 이온의 미생물 불활성화 특성과 비교하였다.주요 결과로는 나노 은 입자의 항균 효과는 동일한 은 농도를 기준으로 하였을 때 은 이온의 항균 효과에 비하여 약 20배 정도 적은 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 나노 은 입자의 농도, 온도가 높을수록 항균 성능은 향상됨을 알 수 있었으며 이는 은 이온의 실험 결과와 일치한다

본 연구는 다문화가정 청소년을 대상으로 부모와의 관계만족도가 우울, 자아존중감, 학교적응도에 미치는 영향을검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 최근 자료인 2015년 전국다문화가족실태조사(여성가족부)의 만 9∼24세 아동·청소년5,298명을 대상으로 STATA MP 13버전으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 부모와의 관계만족도는 우울에부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모와의 관계만족도는 자아존중감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로확인되었다. 셋째, 부모와의 관계만족도는 학교적응도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 아버지보다는어머니와의 관계만족도가 청소년의 우울, 자아존중감, 학교적응도에 미치는 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 외국인어머니의 소외 및 사회부적응으로 인해 청소년 자녀의 우울과 자아존중감 등의 정서불안과 학교부적응을 야기할수도 있는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 다문화가정의 부모지원을 통한 청소년 자녀의 정서적 안정과 학교부적응 예방및 개
