About the Lab
Professor Joo Young Jeong's research lab specializes in orthodontic and maxillofacial research, focusing on the morphological and biomechanical aspects of dental and skeletal development in the context of malocclusion. The lab investigates the relationship between craniofacial morphology, tooth development (including hypodontia and root resorption), and orthodontic treatment outcomes using advanced imaging techniques such as CBCT and micro-CT.
