Professor Ju-Hee Oh's research lab focuses on translational pharmacology and drug delivery, with a strong emphasis on oncology and bone metabolism. The lab investigates targeted cancer therapies, particularly antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) like Depatux-M for glioblastoma, and explores mechanisms of drug resistance and delivery efficiency to the brain. It also examines the role of endogenous signaling pathways—such as RANKL-RANK and insulin signaling—in osteoclastogenesis and bone homeostasis. Additionally, the lab studies pharmacokinetic interactions of natural compounds (e.g., quercetin) with drug transporters, and develops advanced drug delivery systems for chronic disease management, such as fixed-dose combination gastroretentive tablets for diabetes and dyslipidemia.
