About the Lab

Professor Jukyung No's research lab specializes in cancer genomics and translational bioinformatics, focusing on identifying molecular signatures that predict prognosis, treatment response, and therapeutic resistance in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC). The lab integrates multi-omics data and clinical cohorts to uncover gene signatures linked to epithelial-mesenchymal transition, radioresistance, HPV status, and tumor suppressor genes such as FAT1. A central theme is the development of clinically applicable biomarkers to guide personalized treatment strategies, particularly in immunotherapy and radiotherapy.
