본 연구는 공공기관 지방 이전과 혁신도시 조성이 지역의 경제성장 및 산업구조 변화에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 2007년부터 2019년까지 13년의 전국 시･군･구 데이터를 활용하여 혁신도시 조성 지역과 나머지 지역 간의 DID 분석을 시행하였다. 분석 결과 지역내총생산(GRDP), 노동자 수, 창업기업 수 측면에서 지역 경제성장에는 유의미한 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다, 하지만 광업･제조업 노동생산성과 집적경제의 외부성을 유발하는 산업의 특화, 다양성, 경쟁도 측면의 지역 산업구조 변화에는 유의미한 효과가 없었던 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 공공기관 이전과 혁신도시 조성 정책이 공공기관 이전과 외형적 성장이라는 정책 산출 측면의 주요 단계를 완료하였지만, 혁신도시 조성이 목표로 한 지역의 성장 거점화에는 아직 도달하지 못한 것을 시사한다.

문】선점preemption은 인과관계를 반사실적 의존관계로 해명하는 반사실인과이론에 대한 문제로서 제기되었다. 최근에 선점은 인과관계를 확률의 관계로 해명하는 확률인과이론에 대한 문제로서 다시 부각되었다. 문제의 핵심은, 확률의 관계가 인과관계를 해명하는 데 필요하지도 충분하지도 않다는 것이다. 이 문제에 대해 필자는 다음을 논의한다. 첫째, 선점의 문제는 확률인과이론의 반례가 아니라 사건 수준의 인과관계를 위한 확률인과이론의 필요성을 보여주는 것이다. 필자는 두 가지 서로 다른 인과관계의 개념으로 이 필요성을 입증한다. 둘째, 사건 수준의 새로운 확률인과이론으로서 엘스Eells(1998, 2002)의 확률궤적이론과 선점 현상에 대한 이 이론의 해명을 소개한다. 셋째, 셰퍼Schaffer(2001)가 제시한 새로운 유형의 선점의 문제와 이 문제를 해결하는 셰퍼의 두 가지 분석을 소개하고, 확률궤적이론이 그 문제를 어떻게 분석할 수 있는지 보여준다. 넷째, 보다 복잡한 선점의 현상에서

배경: 다방성 흉막수 또는 농흉 환자의 성공적인 치료를 위해서는 효과적인 배액술과 원인적 질환의 확진이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 폐쇄성 흉강 삽관술 등의 치료에도 배액되지 않은 농흉이나 다방성 흉막수 환자에서 비디오 흉강경을 이용한 배액술 및 데브리망, 세척술의 효과와 실효성의 평가를 목적으로 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2000년 4월부터 2002년 7월까지 본원 흉부외과에 흉막수 및 농흉으로 입원한 환자 중 폐쇄성 흉강 삽관술 등으로 적절히 배액되지 않았던 환자 중 발병한지 2주일이 안된 20명을 대상으로 수술 전 흉부 전산화 단층 촬영을 실시하여 환자의 상태를 평가한 후 전신 마취하에서 비디오 흉강경을 이용한 배액술 및 데브리망, 조직검사, 세척술을 실시하였다. 결과: 20예의 환자 중 18예에서 성공적인 비디오 흉강경 배액 및 세척술이 실시되었고 2예에서 개흉술을 시행하였다. 남녀 비는 4：1이었으며 평균 연령은 48.9세(17∼72세), 수술 후 평균 흉관 거치 기간은 8.2
