본 연구는 청년의 주거빈곤과 우울이 어떤 관계가 있는지 살펴보고, 두 변수 간 관계에 있어서사회적 관계에 대한 만족도가 조절효과를 갖는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 데이터는 2021 년 수집된 한국복지패널 제16차 자료를 활용하였으며, 2021년 조사 당시 19세 이상 34세 이하청년 1,901명을 대상으로 다중회귀분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 인구사회학적 변수를 통제했을 때 청년의 주거빈곤은 우울과 정적(+) 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청년의 사회적 관계 만족도는 주거빈곤이 우울에 미치는 영향을 통계적으로 유의미하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 청년들이 긍정적 사회적 관계망을 형성⋅유지할 수 있도록 주거 및 지역사회 공간을 설계할 필요가 있음을 시사하며, 이를 바탕으로 청년 주거정책에 대한 함의를 도출하였다.

본 연구는 1990년부터 2022년까지 국내에서 이뤄진 청년 연구들의 동향과 특성을 살펴보고, 나아가 사회복지학 분야의 청년연구 특성을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 문헌분석을 위해Arksey & O’Malley(2005)가 제시한 주제범위 문헌고찰(Scoping Review) 기법을 활용하여 다섯가지 단계에 따라 연구가 진행되었으며, 분석에 활용된 논문은 총 1,371편이다. 분석 결과, 2000 년대부터 청년 일자리와 관련된 연구가 오랜 기간 다수를 차지해 왔으나, 청년의 복합적인 삶의질을 강조하는 2020년 청년기본법이 제정된 이후 주거, 복지, 참여⋅권리 등 보다 다양한 연구주제들로 청년 연구가 확장되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전체 청년 연구 중 사회복지학 분야 학술지에서 발간되는 연구는 약 11%였으며, 취약청년과 복지정책을 중심으로 청년연구가 진행되고있음을 확인하였다. 청년연구는 양적으로 확대되고 있으나 여전히 학문 영역에서의 지식격차가발생하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 청년

본 연구는 일자리제공형 사회적기업에 대한 정부·민간지원금이 고용성과에 어떻게 기여하고 있는지에 대해 살펴보고, 취약계층과 비취약계층의 차이를 비교한다. 한국사회적기업진흥원으로부터 제공받은 2021년 사회적기업 사업보고서 기반 자료를 활용하여 다중회귀분석의 방법으로 정부·민간지원금과 일자리제공형 사회적기업의 양적 고용성과(취약계층 고용인원 및 고용비율) 및 질적 고용성과(근로시간, 임금, 시급) 간 관계가 어떠한지 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정부지원금은 취약계층 고용인원 및 고용비율과 정적 관계가 있었으나, 민간지원금은 취약계층 고용인원에만 정적 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 정부지원금과 민간지원금 모두 취약계층의 시급과 부적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정부지원금은 비취약계층의 근로시간과는 정적 관계가, 시급과는 부적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타난 반면 민간지원금은 비취약계층의 질적 고용성과와는 유의미한 관계가 없었다. 해당 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는

보육시설에서의 통합은 완전 통합의 형태로 한 학급에 학급의 프로그램을 담당하는 보육교사와 통합된 장애 유아를 지원하는 장애전담교사가 배치되어 있다. 이들의 협력은 통합의 성패에 주요한 요인으로 대두되고 있는데, 교사 협력의 현실적 방안설정을 위한 기초 자료로 보육교사와 장애전담교사들이 자신이 현재 수행하고 있는 역할의 중요도와 실행도에 대한 인식은 어떠한지, 현재의 수행 상황과 상관없이 두 집단의 교사들 중 어떤 교사가 담당하는 것이 이상적이라고 생각하는지에 대해 알아보았다. 서울시에서 통합을 시행하고 있는 67개 어린이집에서 보육교사 68명과 장애전담교사 75명 총 143명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 보육교사와 장애전담교사 집단 간 중요도와 실행도에서 역할 인식의 차이는 나타나지 않았고, 각 집단 내에서 역할에 대한 중요도는 높게 인식하고 있으나 수행도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이상적인 역할 수행을 집단 별로 나누기 보다는 같이 수행하는 것이 좋다는 응답율
