In this study, we investigated the optical properties of a transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) substrate via Mie-scattering-induced surface analysis (MISA). We present a practical laser linewidth broadening phenomenon in the viewpoint of high sensitivity of an exceptional point (EP).
