열회수형 환기장치의 타입별 By-pass 제어에 따른에너지 최적 운영 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 열회수형 환기시스템의 에너지 절약적인 운영에 대한 검토를 위하여 다양한 타입별 ERV의 by-pass 외기냉방제어로 인한 에너지 절감 효과를 분석하고, ERV의 월별 by-pass 외기냉방 운전시간 비율과 열교환되는 풍량, 열교환 효율 등을 비교하였다. 본 연구의 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. (1) 열교환 소자에 따른 에너지 절감률을 검토했을 때, 온도 성분만의 에너지를 회수하는 현열교환기는 엔탈피 성분의 에너지를 회수하는 전열교환기보다 에너지 소비량이 약 6.6% 많고, Base Case인 VAV system보다는 약 2.4% 에너지 소비량이 많아 고온다습한 국내 환경에 적합하지 않은 것으로 판단된다. (2) 열교환 방식의 구조에 따른 에너지 절감률을 검토했을 때, 열교환 소자의 판과 판 사이에서 실내외 공기를 교차시키는 판형 전열교환기보다 휠의 회전으로 실내외 공기를 흡수, 배출하는 로터형 전열교환기가 약 4.5% 에너지가 절감되는 것으로 분석되었으며, 열교환 효율

소비자계약에서 소비자의 지위상 특성에서 기인한 정보의 비대칭 문제는 소비자의 합리적인의사결정을 방해하고 계약의 공정성을 저해한다는 점에서 문제로 거론된다. 따라서 현대의 소비자계약법제는 사업자에게 정보제공의무를 부여함으로써 이러한 문제에 대응하고 있는데, 특히표시⋅광고의 공정화에 관한 법률 제4조는 공정거래위원회가 고시한 중요정보의 필요적 표시⋅ 광고를 명시적으로 규정함으로써, 사업자에게 정보제공의무를 구체적이고 실정법적으로 부과하고 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 크다. 다만, 부당한 표시⋅광고를 금지하는 제3조와 표시⋅광고 시 중요정보를 포함할 것을 규정하는 제4조의 관계에 있어서, 실무적으로 양자는 결합하여 발생함으로써 그 위반의 효과에 대한해석상의 어려움이 있다. 따라서 행위 유형별 양상에 대하여 제4조 위반이 단순한 행정상의 과태료 제재에 그치지 않고, 그 내용과 유형에 따라 제3조 제1항에 해당하는 경우에는 제10조의무과실 손해배상책임까지도 수반될 수 있음을 논증하고자 한다. 나
