We present the first comprehensive geochemical data (major elements and 31 trace elements by XRF and INAA) for the metamorphic cordierite-orthoamphibole (anthophyllite-gedrite) rocks (COR) that occur in the Early Proterozoic (~1.85 Ga) Svecofennian supracrustal rocks at Orijärvi, Finland, (eight samples) and associated cummingtonite-biotite-plagioclase gneisses five samples). The $^{18}\mathrm{Ne}(\ensuremath{\alpha},p)^{21}\mathrm{Na}$ reaction plays a crucial role in the $(\ensuremath{\alpha},p)$ process, which leads to the rapid proton capture process in x-ray bursts. The reaction rate depends upon properties of $^{22}\mathrm{Mg}$ levels above the $\ensuremath{\alpha}$ threshold at 8.14 MeV. The interference effects among ${J}^{\ensuremath{\pi}}=3/{2}^{+}$ resonances in the $^{18}\mathrm{F}+p$ system have not been previously measured. $R$-matrix calculations show that the cross sections above the ${E}_{c.m.}=665$ keV resonance are sensitive to the interference between the ${E}_{c.m.}=8$, 38, and 665 keV resonances. The level structure of $^{22}\mathrm{Na}$ has been studied at the Holifield Radioactive Ion Beam Facility in Oak Ridge National Laboratory using the $^{24}\mathrm{Mg}$($p$,$^{3}\mathrm{He}$)$^{22}\mathrm{Na}$ reaction. Proton beams of 41 and 41.5 MeV were generated by the 25-MV tandem accelerator and bombarded isotopically enriched $^{24}\mathrm{Mg}$ targets. Computational Infrastructure for Nuclear Astrophysics

A Computational Infrastructure for Nuclear Astrophysics has been developed to streamline the inclusion of the latest nuclear physics data in astrophysics simulations. The infrastructure consists of a platform‐independent suite of computer codes that is freely available online at nucastrodata.org. Features of, and future plans for, this software suite are given.

Knowledge of the 3He(3He,2p)4He reaction is important for understanding stellar burning and solar neutrino production.
