Differences in the compositions of volatiles from dried omija fruits (Schisandra chinensis Baillon) cultivated in different areas (Mungyeong, Jangsu, Jechon, and Hoengseong) in South Korea were determined by applying principal component analysis to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry data sets. Quantitative assessments revealed that terpene hydrocarbons, such as germacrene D, β-selinene, α-ylangene, β-elemene, α-selinene, and (E)-β-farnesene, were the main volatiles in all omija fruit samples.

월세 거주 청년층 1인 가구의 지역별 주거실태 및 주거비 차이 비교

본 연구의 목적은 월세로 거주하는 청년층 1인 가구를 4가지 지역(수도권 내 서울과 경인, 비수도권 내 특·광역시와 비특·광역시)으로 나뉘어 사회경제적 특성과 주거실태를 비교하고 주거비와 주거환경 평가의 결정변인을 분석한다. 2020년도 주거실태조사에서 추출한 총 2,110 가구를 통계 분석한 결과, 청년층 1인 가구는 수도권보다 비수도권 지역에 1.6배 더 많이 거주하였고, 모든 지역에서 대졸 이상의 고학력 30세의 남성 임금근로자였으며 슈바베 지수로 빈곤층이었다. 보증금과 임대료가 가장높은 서울 가구의 소득대비주거비가 가장 높은 동시에 주택유형, 주택규모, 주택연수 등 물리적 주거 조건이 가장 열악한 주거빈곤층인 반면 동일 생활권의 서울보다 주거 관련 비용이 상대적으로 저렴한 경인 지역 가구는 높은 소득으로 주거비 비율이가장 낮았으며 이는 근로활동 참여율과 소득이 비교적 낮아 주거빈곤층인 비수도권 가구보다 더 낮았다. 또한 조사대상 가구대다수는 원룸형 구조의 단독주택이나 비주택
