본 연구의 목적은 농촌 현실에 입각하여 운동의 숙련성이 필요치 않으며, 운동지도자의 부재 및 계절과 장소에 구속받지 않고 각 마을의 경로당이나 마을회관과 같은 소규모 장소에서 지속적으로 할 수 있는 12주간의 건강체조 운동프로그램이 농촌 노인 여성의 신체조성 및 혈중지질과 혈압에 미치는 영향을 검토하는 것이다. 연구대상은 충북 Y군에 거주하는 60세에서 79세까지 여성노인 256명(67.90±5.17세)으로서 자발적 참여 의사를 표명하고 측정 장소까지 스스로 이동이 가능하며 임상적으로 운동 실시가 가능한 대상자로 12주간 건강체조 운동프로그램을 실시하여 운동전후의 혈중지질 및 신체조성, 그리고 혈압의 변화를 검사와 측정을 실시하였다. 12주간의 건강체조 운동프로그램을 실시한 결과 신체조성에는 긍정적 효과를 미치지 못하였으나, 혈압의 수축기혈압과 이완기 혈압이 유의한 수준으로 감소를 하였으며, 혈중지질의 경우 TG와 HDL-C에 긍정적 효과를 보여 주었다. 따라서 본 프로그램의 구성과

현재 다양하고 수많은 이벤트들이 전 세계에서 개최되고 있다. 이 중 메가 스포츠 이벤트의 유치를 위해 국제적으로 치열한 경쟁이 벌어지고 있다. 본 논문 에서는 3대 메가 스포츠 이벤트 중의 하나인 ‘F1 그랑프리 대회’를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 우리나라 전라남도 영암군에서 개최되었던 ‘F1 코리아 그랑프리’를 방문한 참관객을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 2011년도와 2012년도 총 2개년의 걸쳐 조사가 진행되었다. ‘F1 코리아 그랑프리’를 참관하는 참가자들의 참관동기를 사용하여 군집 분석을 실시하여, 세분 집단으로 나누며 그들의 특성을 파악하는 시장 세분화를 주목적으로 두고 있다. 분석 결과 4개의 참관동기요인(기분전환요인, 선수/기술요인, 예술요인, 사교요인),4개의 세분집단(다목적 참가형, 기분전환 참가형, 단순 참가형, 예술 참가형)으로 나타났다. 인구통계학적 특성(성별, 연령, 동호회 가입유무)과 세분집단간의 특성을 비교해 본 결과 유의한 결과는 나타나지 않았으며,

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of aerobic exercise(VO 2max 50-60%) of Hypertension(n=19) and DM patient(n=15). The aerobic exercise consisted in 3 times per week to 6months. In order to investigate the profiles of each group regarding blood pressure, and glucose, the statistic such as the mean and the standard deviation, and t-test were utilized.
