15목적 : 난치성 녹내장 환자에서 아메드 방수유출장치 삽입술의 장기 임상결과를 살펴보고, 일차와 이차 삽입술의 성공률을 비교하고자 한다. 대상과 방법 : 1995년 3월부터 2004년 9월까지 아메드 방수유출장치 삽입술을 시행받은 101명의 환자, 101안을 대상으로 후향적으로 연구하였다. 수술의 성공은 (1) 술 후 약물의 사용과 관계없이 5~21 mmHg의 안압이 유지되면서 안압이 술 전의 30% 이상 감소하고, (2) 안압이나 합병증으로 인한 시력감소가 없으며, (3) 추가적 녹내장수술을 시행하지 않은 것으로 정의하였다. 임상기록을 바탕으로 안압, 녹내장 약물의 투여, 합병증을 조사하였으며, Kaplan-Meier 생존분석을 이용하여 수술의 성공률을 비교하였다. 결과 : 술 후 1년, 3년, 5년, 7년의 누적 성공률은 일차 수술군에서 57.6%, 46.7%, 39.7%, 39.7%, 이차 수술군에서 67.8%, 58.1%, 52.4%, 43.5%였으며 두 군간의 통계학적으로 유

목적 : 반복각막진무름이 있는 환자에서 Coagulase negative Staphylococcus와 Stenotrophomonas maltophilia에 의해 혼합감염된 각막염 1례를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. 대상과 방법 : 29세 여환이 좌안의 1달동안 치유되지 않은 각막궤양으로 의뢰되었다. 결과 : 내원 당시 좌안 최대교정시력은 0.025 이었고, 각막의 6 시방향에 2×2 mm의 각막간질침윤 및 각막내피반이 관찰되었다. 배양검사 후 5% cefazolin, 1.4% tobramycin, 3.3% vancomycin, 0.125% amphotericin, NatacynⓇ을 점안하였으나, 배양검사에서 균은 동정되지 않았고, 병변의 악화가 관찰되어 결막편 시술을 시행하였다. 결막편이식후 병변의 호전이 없어 시행한 재배양검사상 Coagulase negative Staphylococcus와 Stenotrophomonas maltophilia가 동정되었으며, 항생제 감수성 검

ICE was comparable to TEE for guidance during TAVR for the composite clinical efficacy outcome, with similar incidences of moderate-to-severe PVR, new permanent pacemaker implantation, and major bleeding.
