About the Lab

Professor Sangchul Oh's research lab focuses on advanced materials for electronic and biomedical applications, with a strong emphasis on resistive switching devices and their underlying mechanisms in oxide-based resistive random-access memory (ReRAM) systems. The lab investigates the role of electrode materials and interfacial chemistry in determining device stability and performance, particularly in TiO2-based structures. In parallel, the lab conducts clinical and translational research in oncology, exploring tumor location effects in metastatic colorectal cancer and evaluating targeted therapies in advanced gastric and biliary tract cancers. The integration of materials science with clinical oncology reflects a multidisciplinary approach to developing next-generation medical devices and personalized cancer treatments.
