보디빌딩 참가자의 운동중독에 관한 질적 분석

본 연구는 질적 분석을 통하여 보디빌딩에서 나타날 수 있는 운동중독 현상의 원인과 극복방안을 파악하는데 목적이 있으며, 심층면담을 통하여 운동중독 현상에 가까이 접근하고자 하였고, 내용 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출해 내었다.연구 참여자들은 운동중독의 의미를 운동에 대한 통제력 상실, 과도한 몰입 등의 부정적인 면을 주로 이야기 하였으나, 본인의 중독 적 성향에 대해서는 긍정적으로 이해하려고 노력하는 시각을 나타내었으며, 운동중독의 과정은 물리적 시간의 흐름과 참여자가 스스로 느끼는 인지적 단계의 이전에 의해 참여단계, 시작단계, 지속단계, 중독단계로 진전되며, 중독단계에 도달하기 전까지는 부정적 측면을 경험하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 운동중독 단계에서는 긍정적 측면으로 생활패턴의 변화, 각종질병으로부터의 해방 및 건강 체력 증진이 있었고, 부정적 측면으로는 과다한 시간투자로 인한 일상생활의 지장, 무리한 운동으로 인한 신체상의 해로움 및 정신건강의 해로움이 나타났다.

본 연구는 강박스교의 기본계획 단계부터 실시설계 단계까지를 범위로 하여, Building Information Modeling (BIM)을 위한 데이터 모델인 Industry Foundation Classes (IFC)를 통해 구성요소의 의미정보를 생성할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. IFC기반의 의미정보 생성에 필요한 항목을 정의하기 위해 강박스교 구성요소의 설계 단계별 분류를 수행하였고, 이를 구성요소의 기능에 따른 물리적 표현요소와 위상에 따른 공간적 표현요소로 구분하여 IFC 프레임워크 내의 사용자 정의 속성집합을 활용하여 IFC에서 지원하지 않는 추가적인 항목을 생성하였다. 추가적으로 생성한 사용자 정의 속성의 유효성을 검토하기 위해 BIM 소프트웨어와 본 연구에서 개발한 강박스교 구성요소 의미정보 입력 인터페이스를 통해 IFC기반의 강박스교의 정보모델을 생성하였고, 이를 기반으로 하여 의미정보 질의를 통한 구성요소의 식별이 가능함을 확인하였다. 또한 IFC기반 강박스교 정보

키네틱에 대한 연구는 그리스 로마시대에 기술자들이 만들어낸 열리고 닫히는 문, 움직이는 인형과 같은 부재의 고안 그리고 마르셀 뒤샹과 같은 조각가들의 움직임 미술 실험에 대한 관심에서 시작되었으며 점차적으로 저술가, 건축가, 기술자들의 연구로 그 영역을 확대해 나갔다. 이와 같이 키네틱 건축은 키네틱 아트에서 출발되어 기계 및 건축분야 등으로 진보된 기술에 의한 시도를 보여주고 있다. 특히 건축에서 키네틱은 구조의 움직임으로 공학에서 말하는 결정적 순간과 예술에서 말하는 충만된 순간을 통합시키는 방식에서 파생되어 나온다. 즉 그것은 건축물의 움직임이 부정되고 정적인 상태라는 정역학 의 상식을 역으로 이용함으로써 건축물들이 실제로 움직임을 부여받게 되는 방식 즉 운동역학 균형이 잡혀있지 않은(unbalanced) 힘이 물체에 작용할 때 그 결과로 발생되는 운동을 구하는 것(kinetics)과 운동의 기하학적인 조건을 다루는 기구학(kinematics)을 동시에 이용한 동역학(dynam
