Professor Sung-hoon Park's research lab focuses on interdisciplinary innovation at the intersection of social impact and advanced technology. The lab explores strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness in social enterprises through behavioral and psychological drivers such as organizational citizenship behavior, vision sharing, and value alignment. Concurrently, the lab investigates energy-efficient computing and graphics optimization in mobile systems, particularly in the context of emerging workloads like omnidirectional video streaming and game applications. 사회적기업에서 조직시민행동과 그 선행요인에 대한 비전공유와 가치일치의 조절효과

최근 사회적기업이 사업성과 공공성을 동시에 추구하는 대안적 모델로 떠오르고 있다. 그러나 아직은 조직필드 형성의 초기단계로 전체적인 취약성으로 인해 사회적기업의 경쟁력확보는 어려운 상황이다. 뿐만 아니라 종업원에 대한 다양한 보상이 어려운 비영리조직의 특성상 경쟁력 확보를 위한 새로운 방안의 모색이 필요하다. 저자들은 사회적기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 종업원의 조직시민행동을 높이는 선행요인에 대해 연구하였다. 또한 비영리조직이기 때문에 더욱 강조되는 비전공유와 가치일치가 조직시민행동의 선행요인들이 조직시민행동에 미치는 효과를 더욱 강화시키는지를 검증하였다. 15개 사회적기업의 177명으로부터 수집한 자료를 바탕으로 실증분석 한 결과 절차공정성, 조직후원인식, 감성기반 신뢰, 인지기반 신뢰가 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 비전공유와 가치일치는 인지기반 신뢰를 제외한 나머지 선행요인들이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 더욱 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결

많은 선행 연구에서 CEO의 성격이 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이와 관련하여 최근 故 스티브 잡스에 대한 관심이 높다. 특히 그가 살아 있을 당시 그의 성격과 기업 성과간의 관계가 주요 관심의 대상이다. 스티브 잡스는 나르시시즘이 높은 CEO로 알려져 있다. 같은 맥락에서 나르시시즘 역시 기업 성과에 어떤 영향을 미칠지 학문적으로, 실무적으로 관심이 커지고 있다. 과연 CEO의 나르시시즘은 기업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것인가 아니면 부정적인 영향을 줄 것인가? 본 연구는 다음과 같은 방법으로 이 질문에 대한 답을 찾고자 하였다. 첫째, CEO 나르시시즘의 유형을 세분하여, 각 유형이 경영 성과에 미치는 차별적 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 둘째, 나르시시즘이 기업 성과에 미치는 효과가 CEO의 재임기간에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 선행연구와 차별적으로 나르시시즘을 하위 유형인 과시(Exhibitionism)형과 권력(Power)형으로 세분하였다

국내ㆍ일본 기업 사례 비교분석을 통한 임금피크제의 실행 효과와 그 향후 과제

본 연구는 국내 기업들이 도입하고 있는 임금피크제의 실행 배경, 실행 방법과 실행 효과를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 국내기업 사례와 일본 기업사례를 비교분석하여 향후 국내 기업들이 임금피크제를 효과적으로 실행하기 위한 방안들을 탐색하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 임금피크제를 도입한 7개 국내기업과 3개 일본기업을 비교하였다. 비교분석을 통하여 연구자들은 국내기업과 일본기업들 간 임금피크제 도입배경과 그 실행방법에 있어서 차이가 있음을 발견하였다. 첫째, 국내 기업들은 한국 사회가 고령사회로 급속히 진입함과 동시에 연공급 임금체계에서 나타나는 인건비 부담을 줄이기 위한 방안으로 임금피크제를 실행하고 있다. 반면 일본 기업들은 고령사회에서 나타나는 젊은 노동력 공급 부족을 극복하기 위해 고령인력의 경험과 지식을 활용하기 위한 방안으로 임금피크제를 실행하고 있다. 둘째, 일본 기업들의 경우 임금피크제와 함께 다른 인적자원관리 기법들을 동시해 실행함으로써 인적자원관리
