=목적: 35세 또는 40세 이상의 고령 산모에서 연령 및 연령과 관련된 산전 및 산후 합병증의 위험정도를 알아보고자 하였다.연구 방법: 1996년 이후 국내에서 발표된 35세 또는 40세 이상의 고령 산모에 대한 7편의 연구문헌에 대해 메타 분석을 실시하였다.결과: 35세 또는 40세 이상의 고령 산모에 있어서 출산 후 산모 및 신생아 상태는 전반적으로 양호하였다. 그러나, 연구군에서 대조군에 비해 임신 중에 임신 합병증 (조기분만, 태위, 임신성 고혈압, 임신성 당뇨병, 전치 태반, 조기 양막파수)과 자궁 근종, 출산 후 저체중아에 있어서 통계적으로 의의있게 높은 빈도를 보였다.

We report on a de novo centric fission of chromosome 11 in a healthy female referred for chromosome analysis due to recurrent miscarriages. Both fission products were mitotically stable. This centric fission of chromosome 11 appears to have no clinical significance for this patient other than recurrent miscarriages.

목 적 : 본 연구는 세포유전학적 검사에서 발견된 13예의 역위를 대상으로 염색체별 역위 형태와 그 빈도를 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 본 연구는 2005년 1월 1일부터 2009년 2월 28일까지 한양대학병원에서 세포유전학적 검사를 실시한 390예(여성 193예와 남성 197예) 중 역위로 나타난 예들을 연구대상으로 하여 각 염색체별로 역위를 분류하고 그 빈도를 알아보았다. 결 과 : 역위는 세포유전학적 검사를 실시한 390예 중 13예(3.3%)에서 발견되었다. 연구대상 13예의 역위 형태는 모두가 이형접합자(heterozygote)였다. 연구대상 13예의 역위 중 12예(92.3%)가 중심절포함역전이었으며 그 핵형은 7예에서 inv(9)(p11q13), 2예에서 inv(9)(p11q12) 그리고 inv(Y) (p11.3q11.23),t(8;9)(q24.3;q34.1), del(Y)(q12),inv(Y)(p10q11.23)와 inv(8)(p21q24.1)이 각각 1예씩이었다.

Objective: The history of gestational diabetes (GDM) is a high risk for the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The purpose of this study is to investigate the genetic association of LEP and LEPR gene polymorphisms and the development of T2DM in Korean women of history of GDM.
