Uterine leiomyoma with massive lymphoid infiltration is a rare and unusual pathological finding. Only 13 cases have been reported in English literature. A case of salivary gland type pleomorphic adenoma of the trachea in a 48-year-old woman is presented. Pleomorphic adenoma is extremely rare in the trachea.
