About the Lab
Professor Sung-Wook Koo's research lab specializes in spinal degenerative diseases, with a focus on whole-spine and pelvic alignment, spinal stenosis, and degenerative spinal disorders. The lab investigates age-related spinal canal changes, thoracic ossification of the ligamentum flavum, and the clinical significance of coexisting spinal lesions using advanced imaging techniques such as MRI and CT.
