Professor Yi Yang's research lab specializes in entrepreneurship, innovation management, and international business strategies, with a strong focus on organizational behavior in higher education institutions, technology entrepreneurship, and the internationalization of Chinese enterprises. The lab investigates entrepreneurial orientation in universities, network development among nascent entrepreneurs, expatriate employee retention in multinational firms, and innovation performance in Chinese multinational enterprises.
