About the Lab

Professor Youngjun Park's research lab focuses on cutting-edge materials and devices for sustainable electronics and cancer immunotherapy. The lab explores biodegradable and biocompatible materials—such as lignin—for next-generation resistive memory devices, while also advancing perovskite-based optoelectronic and synaptic transistors for low-power, high-performance computing. In parallel, the lab investigates the immunological and metabolic microenvironment of tumors to understand resistance mechanisms in cancer immunotherapy, aiming to improve therapeutic outcomes through systems-level insights.
