국내·외 리모델링 시장의 현황 분석을 통한 시장 활성화 방안 연구
이예영, 윤근영, 이건호

Korean consumers are demanding an increase in building quantities as well as diversity in the constructionmarket of buildings. This is as a result of the population growth and the rapid economic development since 1980. Although many buildings have been built to meet these demands, the insufficient maintenance related technologies andold indoor materials have reduced both the capacity of building performance as well as the economy. Nowadays, building renovations have proved to be a better alternat

Lighting energy consumption accounts for a large portion of electricity use in building and the exact amount of energy use is dependent on how occupants use lighting. This study aims to reveal visual environmental conditions, occupancy patterns, and their implications for the occupant use of lighting. The field measurement of four offices in Yongin was carried out from 1 June to 31 August 2010. External and indoor illuminances, and the use of lighting and entrance doors were monitored at ten min

High economic growth causes increase of the building energy consumption. The energy consumption for HVAC system accounts for 40∼50% of the whole building consumption. The trend for building is large-scale and high-rise. Because of the trend, the energy consumption is becoming bigger than before. Nowadays, HVAC system design are recognized as the solution for a energy-saving. This paper is focused on the energy performance evaluation of central air- conditioning system(water-based) and system air

Governments are increasing energy efficiency in buildings through various policies to reduce building energy consumption. In 2002, the European Union adopted a building energy performance guideline to set minimum efficiency standards for residential and commercial buildings. Starting in 2020, all EU member states should ensure that all buildings are Near-Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB). In Korea, the government issued a zero-energy certification system. Since 2020, public buildings are required to

This study aims to analyze the field survey of thermal comfort in office building with national thermal environment standard. Internal and external temperatures were measured at ten minute intervals and compared in accordance with the national standard for thermal environment. Sixty two workers filled in the questionnaire survey forms five times a day for 40 days. Field monitoring of offices in Seoul, Korea were conducted from 20 July to 28 August. Result for the comfort temperature was set a 26

The daylited space can improve visual comfort and occupant's well-being. However discomfort glare from the daylight is a common problem in indoor environments and in general, the window is the main glare sources. Some formulas have been proposed for predicting glare from the daylight, however, they do not consider the effect on glare of the view through a window and some studies proved that they are inadequate in real daylight situation. This research aims to identify the relationship between vi

The use of natural light has the potential for improving both the energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality in buildings. A light-pipe system can introduce daylight to spaces that would otherwise not be able to benefit from the advantages of daylight penetration. For the light-pipe system to be widely used in Korea, it is important to quantify its daylighting performance with due consideration regarding the effects imposed by the local climate conditions. This paper presents the evaluat

건물에너지 모델의 재실자 요소를 활용한 간편한 확률보정
송지수, 윤근영

The building energy model(BEM) has been widely adopted in buildings for evaluating building performance. There are many building energy simulation software. However, there are significant differences between the simulation prediction and the reality. Appliance power density, lighting power density, and cooling setpoint temperature are major causes of virtual model errors. To increase building energy efficiency and accuracy, probabilistic calibration regarding to occupant factors in building ener

KIEAE Journal

Lighting energy accounts for approximately 20% of the electrical energy used worldwide. Thus, High efficiency Light emitting diode(LED)lighting is getting more popular as the next generation lighting replaced to traditional lighting fixtures. Also, LED lighting not only has a long lifetime but also can realize a variety visual environments through the wavelengh control. The lighting energy varies depending on the Spectral Power Distribution(SPD) even though the Illuminance level is same. Therefo

In recent years, crime has been steadily increasing, causing not only economic damage but also aggravating the social atmosphere. The CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) guideline, which is an environmental crime prevention design technique, reduces the possibility of crime by implementing a proper defensive design plan through appropriate lighting design in the city and reduces the fear of crime. Among the various principles of CPTED, the proper use of street lamps and CCTV is

Building energy benchmarking is a crucial step in building energy monitoring. Current benchmarking practices often face limitations rooted in the adopted methodologies. For instance, existing benchmark tools are based on the ordinary least squares regression method, which is highly sensitive to outliers and non-linearity in the dataset; this is likely to produce inaccurate benchmark scores. We propose a quantile regression benchmarking model reinforced with a gradient boosting decision tree algo

LED 조명의 분광 분포에 따른 건물에너지 소비
정호연, 김효인, 김곤, 윤근영
KIEAE Journal
