Open Settings from the profile area and click Delete Account in the General
tab to permanently remove your account. All papers, libraries, and documents
are deleted and cannot be recovered, even with the same email. Cancel any
active paid subscription before deleting.

How to Delete Your Account

Click your profile area at the top left.
Select "Settings" to open the Settings modal.
In the "General/Profile" tab, click the "Delete Account" button.
When the confirmation message appears, click "Delete" to complete the deletion.

Before You Delete Your Account

Account deletion is a permanent action. Please check the following before proceeding.

All your saved papers, library, and documents in progress will be completely deleted.
Even if you sign up again with the same email, your previous data cannot be recovered.
No refunds will be provided for remaining credits.
If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel your subscription first before deleting your account.
