How to Manage Your Credits?
Agent Credits
Agent Credits are deducted when you use AI Research Agents. Instead of fixed usage counts, credits are deducted based on actual AI usage. For example, a short question consumes fewer credits, while a large-scale literature analysis consumes more.
Quotas
Quotas are daily usage limits applied to AI Autocomplete and AI Edit features. They are managed separately from Agent Credits, and the daily quota varies by plan.
When do credits and quotas reset?
Agent Credits reset monthly, and quotas reset daily.
- Agent Credits: Reset on your subscription renewal date each month.
- Quotas: Reset daily.
Where can I check my remaining usage?
Click your profile area at the top left to see your Agent Credit balance and AI Autocomplete/AI Edit quotas at a glance.
Can I buy additional credits?
Paid plan (Pro/Max) members can buy extra credits in increments of 1,000 when their monthly credits run low. You can increase your usage right away without waiting for the next reset.
- Where: Profile (top left) → Settings → Subscription tab → Buy Credits
- Amount: Use the +/− buttons to choose in 1,000-credit increments (up to 10,000 per purchase)
- Price: $10 per 1,000 credits (shown in KRW for users in Korea)
- Requirement: A registered payment method — Free plans cannot buy credits
When do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Credits are deducted in this order: bonus credits → purchased credits → monthly credits, and among purchased credits, the ones closest to expiry are used first.
How does auto-charge work?
When auto-charge is on, 1,000 credits ($10) are automatically added whenever your balance drops below 500 credits. This prevents your work from being interrupted by running out of credits mid-task.
- Where: Subscription tab, in the Buy Credits area → Auto-charge toggle
- Requirement: A paid plan plus a registered payment method
- You can turn the toggle off to disable it at any time.
