Professor Jihye Park's research lab focuses on understanding the biological mechanisms underlying chronic diseases, particularly neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson’s disease and hematological malignancies like multiple myeloma. The lab employs advanced technologies such as single-cell RNA sequencing and preclinical disease models to dissect the tumor microenvironment and identify novel biomarkers for disease progression. Additionally, the lab investigates the long-term cardiovascular risks in cancer survivors and explores targeted therapeutic strategies, including receptor-based antiviral therapies for viral infections like human cytomegalovirus.

본 연구는 여대생의 사회지향성과 폭식행동의 관계를 정서조절곤란과 그의 하위변인들이 조절하는 지를 알아보고자 하였다. 주요 변인들 간에는 모두 유의미한 정적 상관이 발견되었으며, 폭식행동에 대한 사회지향성과 정서조절곤란의 하위차원들의 설명력을 알아본 결과 사회지향성은 폭식행동을 유의미하게 설명하였다. 정서조절곤란의 하위차원 중 충동통제곤란, 정서에 대한 주의와 자각 부족, 정서에 대한 비수용성, 정서조절 전략에 대한 접근제한은 폭식행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 정서적 명료성의 부족과 목표지향 행동 수행의 어려움은 유의미한 설명력을 가지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 정서조절곤란은 사회지향성과 폭식행동 관계를 조절하는 것으로 검증되었으며 정서조절곤란의 하위차원 중에서는 충동통제곤란과 정서적 명료성의 부족이 폭식행동에 대한 사회지향성의 영향력을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다.

Multiple myeloma (MM) is a complex and heterogeneous malignancy of plasma cells that has two precursor states: monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) and smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM). MGUS and SMM are asymptomatic states that eventually give rise to overt MM, with some patients progressing, while others do not. 국방 무기체계에서의 소프트웨어 비중이 증가하고 있으며 구조도 점차 복잡해지고 있어, 이에 따른 신뢰성 검증이 매우 중요하다. 특히 무기체계 시스템을 구성하는 소프트웨어 구성 요소 들의 상호 작용에 따라 발생하는 결함은 정적 시험 및 코드 실행률 점검 수준의 동적 시험만으로는예방하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 동적 결함 유형을 분류 개발한다. 미 국방부 무기체계에 사용하는 오픈 소스 소프트웨어(OSS)에서 보고된 이슈 분석을 통하여 본 논문에서 분류한 동적 결함이 실제로 발생하며, 이들은 대체로 통합 이후 발생하는 결함이며, 재현이 어렵고, 결함 원인 파악이 어려웠음을 보인다. 이 분석 결과를 기반으로 무기체계 신뢰성 검증을 위하여 소프트웨어 통합 시험 개선의 중요성을 도출한다.
