Professor Jisung Park's research lab focuses on interdisciplinary research at the intersection of materials science, environmental economics, and social psychology. The lab explores the development of advanced nanomaterials for sustainable energy applications—particularly nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon for efficient electrochemical hydrogen peroxide production—while also investigating the socioeconomic impacts of climate change, including temperature-related effects on health, labor productivity, and economic performance. Additionally, the lab examines human behavioral dynamics in organizational settings, especially the role of status motivation in proactive knowledge sharing among employees.
