Professor Mimi Kim's research lab specializes in hepatology and gastrointestinal disease, with a strong focus on liver metabolism, fatty liver disease, and advanced hepatic fibrosis. Mammary carcinoma arising in microglandular adenosis (MGA) is extremely rare, and MGA is regarded as a non-obligate precursor of triple-negative breast cancer.
