Professor Min-Sung Kim's research lab specializes in service management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and sustainable tourism, with a strong focus on employee behavior, organizational engagement, and environmentally responsible practices in the hospitality and tourism sectors. The lab investigates how leadership, CSR perceptions, and authentic experiences influence employee performance, traveler trust, and destination loyalty. Key research directions include the role of leader–member exchange (LMX), ethical leadership, and online review authenticity in shaping organizational and consumer outcomes.
