研究室紹介
Professor Ssj1119's research lab focuses on advancing nursing education and clinical practice through evidence-based interventions, with a strong emphasis on simulation-based learning, critical reflection, and social-emotional competence in nursing students. The lab also investigates clinical oncology, particularly the immunological and prognostic aspects of targeted therapies in metastatic renal cell carcinoma, including the role of immune checkpoint molecules like PD-L1 and PD-L2. Additionally, the lab explores non-pharmacological interventions such as aromatherapy for patient well-being, especially in promoting sleep. Overall, the lab bridges nursing education, patient outcomes, and translational oncology research.

15These results suggest that simulation-based nursing educational interventions have strong educational effects, with particularly large effects in the psychomotor domain. Since the effect is not proportional to fidelity level, it is important to use a variety of educational interventions to meet all of the educational goals.
Readily available aromatherapy treatments appear to be effective and promote sleep. Thus, it is essential to develop specific guidelines for the efficient use of aromatherapy.
We therefore suggest that a critical reflection program be considered an essential tool for improving critical thinking and communication abilities among novice nurses who need to adapt to the clinical environment as quickly as possible. Further, we suggest conducting research into critical reflection programs among larger and more diverse samples.
BACKGROUND: Vascular endothelial growth factor pathway (VEGF)-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) are used as the first-line treatment for patients with metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (mCCRCC). Recently, programmed death-1 (PD-1) and programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) blockade emerged as promising therapy for renal cell carcinoma. However, the expression pattern and prognostic implication of programmed death-ligands (PD-Ls) in mCCRCC patients receiving VEGF-TKI remain unclear. PATIENTS
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: To systematically review and synthesise primary studies on the relationship between nurse staffing and hospital-acquired conditions. BACKGROUND: Research examining the association between nurse staffing and hospital-acquired conditions is varied owing to the use of different definitions and methods. DESIGN: This study was conducted based on a systematic review of related nursing literature. METHODS: The CINAHL, Cochrane Library, DBpia, EBSCO, PubMed, PsycINFO and RISS databa
This study was conducted to investigate the correlations between social-emotional competence (SEC) and academic achievement (AA) among nursing students and to compare students' level of each core skill of SEC (critical thinking disposition, self-directed learning, creativity, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and collaboration) and academic achievement (clinical performance and subjective academic achievement). A cross-sectional design was adapted. Data were collected from 195 nursing stu
This article reports on the use of journals by prospective ESOL teachers who were asked, as one of the requirements of a writing methods course in a MATESOL program, to conduct student–teacher conferences in writing. Writing journal entries about conferencing, and providing feedback on student writing, required the prospective teachers in this study to confront themselves with what they already know; to evaluate themselves as writers, teachers, and learners; and to reflect on the practice of tea
The quantitative expansion of nursing schools has necessitated the qualitative improvement of nursing education, which requires the development of nursing education for clinical practice. To identify strategies for strengthening the educational capacity of clinical fields and nursing schools, this study first examined the current status of nursing education for clinical practice, and then proposed several prospective directions for education. Nursing clinical practice-related studies from severa
The purpose of this study was to examine nurse staffing in comprehensive nursing care units in Korea and examine the corresponding nurse outcomes, including intent to leave, job satisfaction, and occupational injuries. A total of 356 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care units at eight small-medium sized Korean hospitals participated in this cross-sectional study. In the day, evening, and night shifts, nurse staffing ranged from 9.00 to 24.82, 9.04 to 24.26, and 9.02 to 25.80, respectivel
