Professor Su-Min Jeong's research lab focuses on preventive medicine and public health, with a strong emphasis on identifying modifiable risk factors for chronic diseases. The lab investigates the long-term impact of lifestyle factors—such as cholesterol levels, body mass index, smoking behavior, and dietary components like sesame-derived antioxidants—on cardiovascular disease and metabolic disorders.
