Professor Sung Soo Jeon's research lab specializes in urological oncology and minimally invasive urological surgery, with a focus on improving treatment outcomes for urothelial cancers and urinary stones. The lab investigates molecular mechanisms of cancer resistance, such as in bladder cancer, and evaluates the impact of diagnostic and therapeutic interventions—like ureterorenoscopy and endoscopic lithotripsy—on long-term patient outcomes.
