研究室紹介
Professor Yoon, Young Soo's research lab focuses on advanced materials and energy technologies, with a strong emphasis on two-dimensional nanomaterials for gas sensing and sustainable energy applications. The lab investigates hybrid 2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) with metal oxides to enhance sensing performance through synergistic effects, while also exploring next-generation fuel cell technologies—particularly anion exchange membrane fuel cells (AEMFCs)—to overcome the limitations of platinum-based systems. Additionally, the lab contributes to structural materials research, especially ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete (UHPFRC), examining its mechanical behavior under diverse loading conditions. The integration of materials science, energy conversion, and structural engineering defines the lab’s multidisciplinary approach.

15An overall review of the structural behaviors of ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) elements subjected to various loading conditions needs to be conducted to prevent duplicate research and to promote its practical applications. Thus, in this study, the behavior of various UHPFRC structures under different loading conditions, such as flexure, shear, torsion, and high-rate loads (impacts and blasts), were synthetically reviewed. In addition, the bond performance between UHPF
