아츠시 옌다 교수의 연구실은 지구 내부의 유체-암석 상호작용과 열수대류 환경에서의 물질 이동 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 지열장에서의 실리카 용해도 및 침전 동역학, 탄소 순환과 관련된 탄산염 반응, 그리고 고압 고온 조건에서의 수화 반응과 미세구조 변화를 다룹니다. 이와 더불어 세포 내 유전물질의 복제 및 유지 메커니즘에 대한 분자생물학적 연구도 함께 수행하고 있어, 지구과학과 분자생물학의 융합적 접근이 두드러집니다.

Abstract Hydration reactions are direct evidence of fluid–rock interaction during regional metamorphism. In this study, hydration reactions to produce retrograde actinolite in mafic schists are investigated to evaluate the controlling factors on the reaction progress. A micronucleus is a small nucleus-like structure found in the cytoplasm of dividing cells that suffered from genotoxic stress. It is generally hypothesised that micronuclei content is eventually lost from cells, though the mechanism of how this occurs is unknown. NUSAP1 may be a crucial biomarker for OSCC. Moreover, down-regulated NUSAP1 expression suppresses tumor proliferation and also enhances anti-tumor effect of PTX by activating apoptotic pathways. Thus, the present study strongly suggests that regulating NUSAP1 expression should contribute to the therapy for OSCC.
Some epidemiological or association studies suggest that transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) in breast milk may be a decisive factor in diminishing the risk of allergic diseases during infancy. The observations have prompted us to investigate whether TGF-beta, when taken orally, can affect allergic immune responses. Repeated high-dose ovalbumin peptide (OVA) feeding was previously reported to induce OVA-specific IgE production and an anaphylactic reaction after intravenous challenge of OV
