Chan-Young Jung 교수의 연구실은 만성질환, 특히 당뇨병성 신질환, 간질환, 암, 코로나19 등에서 신기능 저하와 관련된 생물학적 마커와 임상적 예후를 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 혈액 및 체액에서의 생체마커 분석을 통해 질환의 조기 진단과 위험도 분류를 향상시키는 데 기여하고 있으며, 신장 기능 저하의 병태생리학적 기전과 임상적 전환 지표 개발에도 주력하고 있습니다. 연구는 임상 데이터 기반의 대규모 코hort 연구와 생물학적 메커니즘 탐색을 융합하여 진행되고 있습니다.
