Eun Young Lee 교수의 연구실은 주로 금속-유기 프레임워크(MOFs)를 중심으로 한 다공성 나노소재의 설계 및 응용을 연구하고 있습니다. 고정성 다공성, 높은 열안정성, 기체 흡착 및 선택적 흡착 능력을 갖춘 새로운 MOF 구조를 개발하며, 특히 단결정성 유지 능력과 광학적 성질 조절을 통해 실용적 응용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다. 또한 염증성 관절염에서의 엑소좀 및 시트르룰린화 단백질의 역할을 규명하는 생물의학적 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

A porous metal-organic framework [Zn(4)O(NTB)(2)].3DEF.EtOH (1), in which (3,6)-connected nets are doubly interpenetrated to generate curved three-dimensional channels, has been prepared. Hole in one: A metal–organic framework with permanent microporosity has been constructed from linear coordination polymer chains consisting of [Ni(cyclam)]2+ and bpydc2−. In framework 1 the chains run in three directions (red, green, blue in the picture) and are stacked to form 1D channels that are filled with water molecules, which can be removed completely and reabsorbed with retention of the single crystallinity.
Löchrige Sache: Eine metallo-organische Architektur mit stabilen Mikroporen wurde aus eindimensionalen Koordinationspolymeren, bestehend aus [Ni(cyclam)]2+-Einheiten und bpydc2−-Liganden, aufgebaut. Im Netzwerk 1 sind in drei Richtungen verlaufende Ketten (rot, grün und blau, siehe Bild) zu Kanälen gestapelt. Wassermoleküle, die in diesen Kanälen adsorbiert sind, können unter Aufrechterhaltung der Einkristallinität entfernt und readsobiert werden.
