EunPyo Hong 교수의 연구실은 소비자 행동과 서비스 경험에 초점을 맞춘 심층적인 연구를 수행합니다. 특히 고령 소비자, 장애를 가진 소비자, 그리고 특수한 성향을 가진 고객의 행동 특성과 그들이 서비스 기술(예: 자가 서비스 기술)을 사용할 때의 경험에 대해 다룹니다. 브랜드 정체성, 사회적 신호, 자율성 동기, 브랜드 충성도 등 다양한 심리적 요인과 서비스 브랜드의 성과 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석합니다. 특히 패널티 없는 구조적 방정식 모델링(PLS-SEM)을 활용한 정량적 연구가 두드러집니다.

Utilizing a customer style inventory, in this research we find that customer personality is associated with customer behavior in a food service context. We collected responses from 125 independent and 99 franchise coffee houses recruited using an online survey platform.
