Goo-Yeong Cho 교수의 연구실은 심장기능 평가 및 심부전의 생물학적 기전을 이해하기 위해 초음파를 활용한 심장기능 평가 기술, 특히 심장운동기능 평가와 조직동역학 분석을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 당뇨병이 심부전 환자에서 심장 구조와 기능에 미치는 영향에 대한 성별 차이 분석, 그리고 심박수 조절 기능을 가진 pacing 시스템이 심장 기능에 미치는 영향 등 임상적 응용에 초점을 맞춘 연구가 특징입니다. 특히 심장기능 평가의 정밀도 향상을 위한 신뢰도 높은 영상 기반 측정 기술 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.

We aimed to investigate the sex differences in associations of diabetes mellitus (DM) with echocardiographic phenotypes and clinical outcomes of heart failure (HF).
