한숙류 교수의 연구실은 주로 갑상선암, 간세포질환 및 피부암과 같은 암의 조기 진단 및 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, NAD⁺ 대사 경로와 SIRT1/PARP1 조절을 통한 암 예방 및 치료 메커니즘, 암 미세환경 내 면역조절 세포의 역할을 중심으로 기초 및 임상 연계 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한, 면역조직화학적 마커를 활용한 암 종별 구별 및 보조 진단 기법 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.

Nicotinamide (NAM) is a water-soluble form of Vitamin B3 (niacin) and a precursor of nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide (NAD<sup>+</sup>) which regulates cellular energy metabolism.
