히로아키 카지야마 교수의 연구실은 난소세포암의 전이 메커니즘과 치료 내성의 분자 기전을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 상피세포-간엽세포 전환(Epithelial-mesenchymal transition, EMT), CXCR4/SDF-1 축, DPPIV/CD26의 발현이 전이 및 치료 저항성에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 복막 전이 환경에서의 종양세포와 간질세포 간의 상호작용을 규명하고자 합니다. 최근에는 플라즈마 활성화 매체를 활용한 새로운 치료 전략도 탐색하고 있습니다.
