Ho Yun Lee 교수의 연구실은 주로 폐영상학 및 폐암의 영상유전학을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 고해상도 CT를 활용한 기저성 폐질환과 폐암의 영상 소견 간의 유의미한 연관성을 규명하고 있으며, 특히 기저성 기침, 미세형 폐암, 미세침습성 폐암의 영상적 특징과 예후 요법에 대한 정밀 분석을 수행하고 있습니다. 또한, 영상 소견을 기반으로 한 예후 예측 모델 개발과 함께, 조직학적 분류와 영상 소견 간의 상관관계를 규명하는 데에도 주력하고 있습니다.

When pure GGNs are greater than 15 mm in diameter with nodularity or have high pixel attenuation (>-472 HU), the nodules are more likely to be invasive adenocarcinomas. Sublobar resection with a secured safety margin and without nodal dissection is performed for HRCT-suggested pure-GGN invasive adenocarcinomas and has a 100% 5-year survival rate.
Combined interpretation of CT and direct cholangiographic images by using our revised criteria resulted in overall accuracy of 74.5% for prediction of resectability for hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
