Hun-Mu Yang 교수의 연구실은 해부학적 기반의 신경차단 및 블록 주입 기법의 정확성과 안전성을 입증하기 위해 고해상도 영상 및 해부학적 분석을 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히, 척추주변 신경차단(예: 흉부 전방경막 블록, 요추근막 블록, 대측두신경 차단)의 해부학적 전파 특성과 최적의 주입 위치를 규명하며, 미세CT를 활용한 연조직 시각화 기술 개발도 함께 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 진료 현장에서의 정확한 블록 주입 기법 개선과 환자의 안전성 향상에 기여합니다.

Summary Although different injection locations for retrolaminar and erector spinae plane blocks have been described, the two procedures have a similar anatomical basis. A non-destructive, multi-sectional approach using 3D micro-CT more comprehensively demonstrated the real topography of the intricate TPVS than previous cadaver studies. The posterior boundary and connectivity of the TPVS provides an anatomical rationale for the notion that paravertebral spread can be achieved with an injection outside this space.
