Hye Won Lee 교수의 연구실은 주로 간질환과 암의 생물학적 기전 및 예후 예측 모델 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 비만성 간염(NASH), 비알코올성지방간질환(NAFLD), 만성 간염B 및 간세포암(HCC)의 위험도 평가 모델을 개발하고 있으며, 특히 암세포의 생존 기전과 예후 관련 유전자·단백질의 역할을 규명하는 데 주력하고 있습니다. 진단 및 예후 예측을 위한 비침습적 생체지표(예: TE 기반 모델) 개발도 함께 진행 중입니다.

MBC had worse survival outcomes compared with TN-IDC. Poor prognosis for MBC was likely caused by frequent recurrence with high initial stage and the unique biology of MBC itself.

To determine a cellular factor supporting the survival of gastric cancer cells, a comparative study was performed using two human adenocarcinoma cell lines, SNU-16 and SNU-620.
