Hyo Sun Jung 교수의 연구실은 호텔 및 서비스 산업 종사자의 정서적, 심리적 자원과 조직 행동 간의 상호작용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 정서지능, 긍정적 심리자산(희망, 자존감, 회복력, 낙관주의), 조직시민행동, 스트레스 대처 방식, 조직 폭력 등에 대한 심층적 분석을 통해 서비스 품질과 조직 문화 개선에 기여하고자 합니다. 연구는 주로 한국의 럭셔리 호텔 및 호화급 식음료 종사자를 대상으로 실증적 데이터를 기반으로 한 구조방정식모델링을 활용합니다.
