이 교수의 연구실은 뇌신경종양, 특히 간질성 뇌종양(예: 간질성 뇌종양)의 정밀의료를 목표로 하며, 특히 방사선 치료의 효과를 극대화하고 치료 저항성을 극복하기 위한 분자기반 전략 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 머신러닝 기반 영상 분석을 통해 가짜 진행(판상진행)과 실제 진행을 정확히 구분하는 기술 개발도 핵심 과제입니다. 또한, EGFR, HER2, K-RAS, PI3K-AKT-mTOR 등 핵심 신호전달 경로를 타겟으로 한 방사선 감수성 유도 전략에 대한 기초 및 임상 연구를 지속적으로 수행하고 있습니다.

There was no significant difference in the occurrence of any or major breast-related complications between the two different fractionation regimens, even in patients with mastectomy. Hypofractionated RT may be used comparable to conventional fractionated RT in terms of breast-related complications in reconstructed breast cancer patients. Immune checkpoint inhibitors have been successful in a wide range of tumor types but still have limited efficacy in immunologically cold tumors, such as breast cancers.
